If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 45 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email after your request is approved.

• 3.
  Package Item

  Securely pack the wallet in its original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
